The Shepherd’s Staff is a ministry team that was designed with the heart of a Shepherd in mind. Volunteers will connect with members of our Crossroads family who have missed multiple services, either online or in person, via phone call or written message. The mission of a Shepherd’s Staff member is to reach out and offer encouragement, Christ’s love, assistance and prayer. We want our actions to clearly share this truth - we love our family at Crossroads.
